1. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Customers are requested to review all details carefully before completing the purchase.
2. Jewellery Returns
All jewellery items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to hygiene and craftsmanship standards, jewellery once sold cannot be accepted back.
Exception – Damaged Jewellery:
If a jewellery item is received in a damaged condition, the issue must be reported
within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of:
- The product
- Original packaging
- Shipping label
Once verified, a replacement or refund will be arranged at our discretion.
3. Watch Returns & Exchanges
Watches may be eligible for return or exchange only if:
- The product is unused and unworn
- Original packaging, tags, and protective films are intact
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Items showing signs of use, scratches, resizing, or tampering will not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Cases
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or personal preference
- Products purchased during sales or promotions
- Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and initiated within 7–10 business days after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue originated from our end.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for secure packaging and return shipping unless the product was defective. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
7. Final Decision
All claims are subject to final inspection and approval by our quality team. Our decision will be binding.
